Swedish lofty house

The house for today post is located in an old fishing village in Sweden. It was designed by  Swedish studio Sandell Sandberg as part of a new development, that seeks to maintain the exterior appearances of the villages on the Skane east coast while developing a contemporary organization of the interior space.
This one is a central open space whose main focus is a large concrete block, similar to a sculpture in the middle of the front room. At the back, we find the white kitchen. Right above it, there is the studio that overlooks the living: it is a quite reduced space but it doesn't feel constrained thanks to its position and the choice of the railings.
